AI Employee Builder — Connector Documentation

Last updated 29 July 2026

AI Employee Builder turns your AI assistant into a builder of other AI employees. It serves step-by-step operating instructions — for mapping a business, building a reusable skill, setting up a workspace — into the assistant you already use, at the moment you ask for them.

Claude Code

claude mcp add --transport http aieb https://aieb-gated-mcp.vercel.app/mcp

Claude web or desktop — Settings → Connectors → Add custom connector → paste the URL above.

No account is needed to start. The connector works immediately with no sign-in and no key. One skill — the AI Employee Map — is available to everyone. The rest require a paid plan, and the connector says so plainly when you reach one.

What you can do with it

Tools this connector exposes

ToolWhat it doesReads or writes
find_skill Takes a plain-language request and returns the skills that match, with the exact next call to make. Handles vague asks. Read-only
get_skill Fetches one skill file after checking entitlement. Returns an upgrade prompt, not an error, if the skill needs a higher plan. Read-only
report_checkpoint Records that a build milestone was reached, so progress shows up on the user's journey map. Fixed values only. Writes an append-only record
report_product_outcome Records that an activity succeeded or hit friction, for product analytics. Fixed categories only — free text is rejected. Writes an append-only record

Test it in ten minutes

Connect using the URL above, then try these in order. No account, sign-in, or payment is required for any of them.

1. Routing works

Ask your assistant:

My emails sound robotic and I keep rewriting them by hand.
Use the aieb connector to find which skill helps.

Expect find_skill to return ranked matches, each with the exact follow-up call, and any paid skill clearly marked as locked with the plan it belongs to.

2. Free content is served

Use get_skill to fetch skill_id "ai-employee-map", path "SKILL.md",
section "contents".

Expect a table of contents for the AI Employee Map. Then fetch a named section from that list to see full instructions. This works with no credentials at all.

3. The paywall behaves

Use get_skill to fetch skill_id "meta-create-skill", path "SKILL.md".

Expect a short, friendly message naming the plan required and a link to it — not an error, and no paid content. This is the intended behaviour for anyone without a subscription.

4. The reporting tools accept valid input

Use report_checkpoint with checkpoint "1-onboard" and status "in_progress".

Expect a success acknowledgement. These tools accept fixed values only; anything containing free text, file paths or document contents is rejected by the server.

Paid plans

Paid skills unlock with a subscription. After purchasing, the connector guides you through a one-time connection on a page at our domain — your licence key is entered there, never typed into a chat. Plans, pricing and the full skill list are at chiefleverageofficers.com.

Privacy and data

Your files, prompts and business documents stay on your machine — the connector sends instructions out and does not collect your work. Full detail in the privacy policy. Content terms are in the content licence.

Support

Email rashid@thepeakperformer.io with any question about the connector, your subscription, or a skill that is not behaving. A real person reads it.
