AI Employee Builder — Content Licence

Version: 2026-07-25

What you are licensed to do

Your subscription grants you a personal, non-transferable, per-seat licence to use the AI Employee Builder skill content — the instructions, workflows, references, templates and prompts served through this connector — to run your own business and build your own AI employees.

Use the output freely. Anything you produce with these skills — your newsletters, your maps, your own skills, your client work — is yours. This licence covers the instructions, not what you make with them. The one thing it does not hand over is our brand character — see point 5 below.

What you may not do

  • No redistribution or resale. You may not publish, share, sell, sublicense, or otherwise make the skill content available to anyone outside your licensed seat. This includes posting it publicly, sharing it in a community, or bundling it into a product of your own.
  • No reverse engineering for reproduction. You may not extract, decompile, or systematically copy the content in order to reproduce it, train a model on it, or build a substantially similar competing product.
  • Per-seat. One licence covers one person. Additional team members need their own seats.
  • Confidential and proprietary. The skill content is confidential and remains the property of the licensor. Treat it as you would any other confidential material you have been trusted with.
  • Our brand character stays ours. The techniques, patterns and templates are yours to use freely, in your own colours, fonts and style — including designing your own mascot and making it yours. What stays ours is our brand identity itself: our name, our marks, and the specific mascot character that represents this brand. Don't copy it or pass it off as your own or as a neutral asset. Want a character of your own? The skills show you how to draw one — in your brand, not ours.
  • When your subscription ends

Your licence runs for as long as your subscription is active or its paid period continues after cancellation. Cancelling stops the next charge. Your access continues until the end of the period you paid for (the current month, or your trial week), then stops. If the subscription lapses for non-payment, access stops. Once access ends, so does your licence to use the content, including any copies still sitting in your workspace.

What you built stays yours. Your maps, your newsletters, your documents, and the skills and AI employees you created are your work product. Ending the subscription does not touch them, and we claim nothing over them.

Coming back is easy. Resubscribing restores access on the same connection automatically — nothing to reinstall, no new key to enter.

    Termination for breach

This licence also ends immediately if you breach it. On termination, access is revoked and you must stop using and delete any local copies of the skill content. Your own output is unaffected.

    What we do not claim

We claim no ownership over your business data, your prompts, or anything you create. Nothing in this licence gives us rights over your work product. The only thing that stays ours is our own brand identity — our name, our marks, and the mascot character that represents this brand — which point 5 reserves.

    Why this exists

Skill instructions are protectable as trade secrets, and the legal test is whether reasonable steps were taken to keep them confidential — not whether they were technically impossible to copy. Gated access plus terms you actually agreed to is what makes that protection real. It also means we can keep serving the content in a form that works well for you, rather than degrading it to make it harder to extract.

    How acceptance is recorded

When you accept, we record: your member reference, the version of these terms, a timestamp, how it was accepted, and a coarse request fingerprint. No raw IP address, and nothing about your business or your work.
